Life Cultivation Diagram

Atrium-Temple views life through a lens of cultivation.

The Inner Garden represents the cultivation of one's inner being through awareness, reflection, values, and intentional action.

The Outer Garden represents the conditions of life expressed through mental health, physical health, relationships, institutions, and the environment.

The model is rooted in two principles:Interiority influences expression. The qualities cultivated within an individual shape their actions and ultimately influence the world around them. Cause and Effect emerges through interconnectedness. Every action exists within a larger network of relationships and consequences, where individuals, communities, and environments continuously influence one another.Through cultivation of the Inner Garden, individuals can create greater harmony within themselves and contribute to the flourishing of the Outer Garden.
